The Littletons WI 75th Anniversary
Our October meeting was to celebrate the
75th Anniversary of the Littletons WI.
Margaret had organised the members to make buntings to show historical events over the last 7 decades; this was presented and it was very well received.
The committee had organised the food which was in celebration of our anniversary and there were all sorts of foods from throughout the decades.
These included fish paste sandwiches from the 50’s and Black Forest Gateaux from the 60’s. To finish with there was Carrot cake, together with upside down Pineapple Cake.
There wasn’t a lot left!
