Tracey started the session with  some history on the origin of reflexology, feet, hands and even ears!

We were then given some information on some important massage techniques, based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body! 

It was now time for practice!

We all worked on each other, some with more luck than others!

No doubt we all enjoyed ourselves and our hand (body and mind) felt much lighter and much happier after this session!
